1. Data controller

The data controller for information collected through this Website is SimplifyGo, domiciled for these purposes in Valencia (Spain), with contact email: info@mimetry.com.

2. Purpose of data processing

SimplifyGo’s tools (calculators, name generators, breed test and checklist) do not require sign-up. The data you enter into them is processed entirely in your own browser and never sent to our servers: SimplifyGo never has access to it. The only exception is the progress of the New Pet Checklist, which is saved locally in your browser so you can continue later; this also never reaches our servers.

The only data processing we carry out is:

  • Support: Responding to inquiries you send us by email.
  • Analytics and advertising: We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the Website is used, and Google AdSense to display advertising. Both services use cookies and may collect browsing data. You can find the full details in our Cookie Policy.

SimplifyGo guarantees that it:

  • Does NOT require sign-up or any kind of user account to use its tools.
  • Does NOT store on its servers the data you enter into the calculators, generators, or breed test.
  • Does NOT share, transfer or sell personal data to third parties under any circumstances, beyond the data that Google Analytics and Google AdSense automatically collect for their own operation, subject to Google’s privacy policies.
  • Does NOT send advertising emails, newsletters, or direct marketing campaigns.
  • Does NOT collect or process identifying information about your pet or its real medical history: the figures you enter into the tools are used only for the calculation at that moment.

3. Data collected

As there is no sign-up or user accounts, SimplifyGo does not directly collect personal data, unless you choose to write to us by email. In that case, we will process your email address and the content of the message solely to respond to your inquiry.

Indirectly, through Google Analytics and Google AdSense, browsing data is collected via cookies and similar technologies (such as IP address, device type, or pages visited), for statistical analysis and advertising purposes. 4. Data retention

As there are no user accounts and no storage of tool data on our servers, SimplifyGo does not retain any personal data associated with your use of the tools on its servers: the information disappears as soon as you leave or reload the page, except for the New Pet Checklist progress, which remains only in your own browser until you decide to delete it.

If you write to us by email, we retain that message only for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry. Data collected by Google Analytics and Google AdSense is retained according to Google’s own policies, independent of SimplifyGo.

5. User rights

Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether SimplifyGo is processing personal data concerning them. You can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Erasure, Restriction, Portability and Objection by sending an email to info@mimetry.com.
